1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the beee 999 platform and its services. By registering on, logging in to, or using any service on beee 999, you are considered to have fully accepted all terms set out in this document.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

beee 999 reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Membership, Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older (21+) to register as a member and use beee 999's services. If an underage person opens an account, or if anyone operates an account on their behalf, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may only create one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts — using the same name, ID, bank account, device or IP address — all such accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate, complete and up to date. Registering with false information may result in the account being suspended or closed. beee 999 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Selfie or photo ID (if required)

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account password and login details completely confidential is your own responsibility. If you notice any unauthorised login or suspicious activity, you must notify the beee 999 support team immediately.

Sharing, selling or transferring account details to any third party is strictly prohibited. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on beee 999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Withdrawal requests must always be made from a verified account.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of a bonus have not been met.
• beee 999 may place a withdrawal on hold in the event of unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on beee 999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currencies and cryptocurrencies are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion — including the weekly reload festival, cricket bonus and weekend slot flash — has its own wagering requirements and validity period. Please read the specific terms of an offer before claiming it.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses apply to the primary account holder only and are non-transferable.
• If wagering is not completed before a bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• beee 999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting services offered on beee 999 are operated for entertainment purposes. Members place bets at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for the outcomes.

6.1 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting category. These limits are clearly stated on the relevant game page. beee 999 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

6.2 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined using a Provably Fair algorithm or an accredited Random Number Generator (RNG). If you have an objection to any game result, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, official scores and results are determined by following authoritative sources. If a match is cancelled or postponed, beee 999's stated policy will apply to the relevant bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempting to defraud the system
• Unauthorised access to or use of another member's account
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting platform technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage
• Threatening, harassing or spreading false information about other members
• Using prohibited VPNs or proxies to bypass geographical restrictions

8 Technical Issues and Limitations

beee 999 will not be liable if a game session or bet is affected by loss of internet connection, server problems or device failure. However, where a member is affected by a fault on the platform's own servers, appropriate action will be taken.

beee 999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for scheduled or emergency maintenance. The results of any bets or games in progress at that time will be preserved.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 By beee 999

beee 999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• If a fraud or deception allegation is proven
• On the instruction of a legal authority
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

12.2 By the Member

Any member may close their account at any time. All withdrawals must be completed before closing the account. Any bonuses remaining in the account at the time of closure will be cancelled.
